If your iPhone is locked then I have just the right software for you.

Before you download the software you need to fulfill the two condition mentioned below

1. The iPhone or the iPhone Touch that you have must be updated to 3.0
2. Your phone must include iTunes 8.2

The software that you are about to download is ultrasn0w 1.2 which is compatible with windows xp and vista.

Now here is what you have to do once you have downloaded the software

1) Connect your Computer to your iPhone or the iPhone Touch.
2) Run the software ultrasn0w
3) Once redsn0w opens click the browse and search for the 3.0 update
4) Click on the next button.
5) Hold the power and the home button together and slide it so that power is turned off.
6) Click on the next button.
7) Choose the option that you prefer. For instance if you are choosing Cydia the select Cydia.
8) Click on the next button.
9) Hold power button for at least 3 seconds, then hold power button and home button for at least seconds, and then let go of power button and continue to hold the home button for 30 seconds.
10) Wait till the entire process is complete.
11) Congrats! your phone is unlocked.
12) Once you have finished you need to install Appsync. You can download it here.

How to Get Carbide.UI v3.1.1 Theme Studio Serial Number

1. Goto the nokia forum and make a user account. (its Free)

2. After registering, open Theme Studio Help-->Register Now.
If you select the No Internet connection.....then a Hardware ID generate "Product Key" for your PC. Copy and paste it to notepad.

3. Goto http://www.forum.nokia.com/main/general/offline_registration.html

4. Fill the form with your Product Key and click "submit Request.

5. Wait for a moment, and your serial number will be generated.

6. Open Theme Studio. The User Name is the same with your user account in nokia forum.

Remember the Product Key is unique. That means you use this for one machine. If you modified your current config (PC Hardware), you need to request them another one.....but all are free.

What is important, you must register and remeber ID and Paswword of the Nokia website....to keep your copy of theme studio active

Change your Startup-animation ONLY FOR HACKED Phones Here's how you could change your Startup animation.
YES! It's the way to get rid of the shaking hands!

- First Enable CAPS OFF
- Use FileBrowser and go to Z:\resource\apps
- Copy the startup.mbm and the rsc file corresponding to your installed language (*.r01 = english, *.r03 = german, etc.) to C:\resource\apps
- Now browse to C:\resource\apps and press '8' on the startup.rXX file. Now you have the hex view of the file.
- Scroll down to line 000050
- change hex value '5A' which stands for 'Z' to '43', which will be 'C'.
- After saving the file, on boot, device will look in C:\resource\apps for the Startup.mbm and use it!.

This combined with rol@N95d's Startup-sound trick
Will make also your Phonestart unique!

So people start creating individual Startup.mbms

Note :
You can open the mbm file with MBM wizard or the great MBMtool.
Then just use some graphics programm like GIMP or Photoshop to create your pictures.

If you want to make an animation use gif animator or image ready.
Create an animation (gif) with 21 single pictures. Use the export option in the software to
save all 21 pictures as bitmap.
then put the pictures in the MBM and save it with at least /c16

BiNPDA Security Manager - Installing Unsigned Applications In order to install "Unsigned" releases, you need to go trough a one-time procedure. You will need to run the in the release included "SecMan.exe". This program allows you to install our future "Unsigned" releases, without signing them every time. For this, you will need to have TRK (included in this package) installed, and connected to your pc via USB connection . s60_3_0_app_trk_2_8_6.sisx for SymbianOS9 devices WITHOUT FP1 s60_3_1_app_trk_2_8_6.sisx for SymbianOS9 devices WITH FP1 To get this app properly running, make sure you have installed the newest Nokia PC Suite, and your phone connected via "PC Suite" mode. On the phone, run the TRK app, in applications folder. When it asks for bluetooth connection, don't turn it on, and change connection settings to USB. After you have done that, click "Next" and follow the instructions on screen. When the installation is done, look in the Applications folder on your phone, and find SecMan. Open it, and click on "Install Root Certificate". After this is done, you will be able to install our future "Unsigned" releases like normal "Signed" applications. Please keep in mind, if you format / upgrade your phones firmware, you'll need to do this step again and after that manually install those apps from Application Manager. NOTE: To install previous unsigned releases, use RootSiGN v1.0(Included in the package) first to sign these releases with our root certificate. This can be used to sign and install any unsigned .sis(x) file
